FAQs

  • I do offer prints of originals in various sizes: 8×10” and 5×7” are the most popular, but I also offer 9×12” and 11×14”.

All my prints are Giclée prints, and these are high-quality fine art prints created using specialized inkjet printers that offer exceptional color accuracy, detail, and longevity.

The turn around time for printing is about 5 business days.

I also offer two subscriptions through which people receive monthly prints for just $10. Please, for more information visit Shop > Monthly Prints.

  • Yes, I do. There might be times of the years where commissions are closed, but most of the time I am available to work on special, customized pieces.

If you have any questions regarding this, please email me at denalifineart@gmail.com or visit the commission page.

  • Yes, I work from photos only. Please send them to me at denalifineart@gmail.com. I kindly ask for clear, well-lit photos where your pet’s face is visible, as this helps me capture their likeness as accurately as possible. The more photos you provide, the better—I love seeing different angles and expressions, as they help me portray your pet’s unique personality. If the photos are not clear enough, unfortunately I won’t be able to proceed with the commission.

  • If you purchase my art through my website you can pay with your credit card or Klarna, which allows you to manage the payment through monthly installations.

  • If you live in Richmond, Virginia I offer pick-up for free or home delivery starting at $15.

If you live outside of the Richmond greater area, I can ship and we can arrange that through e-mail. The service I use is USPS ground advantage and its pricing depends on the size and weight of the artwork (i.e. a 8×10” watercolor painting costs $8).

  • Yes, my originals are hand-painted by me. No AI-generated artwork is used as part of my artistic process, and I am NOT a supporter of any AI form of art.

When you purchase an original carrying my signature, you are bringing a unique, authentically human-made piece into your space.

  • Usually, frames are NOT included in the price. When they are, I always make sure it’s written in the product description.

I work on standard sizes (4×6”, 5×7”, 8×10”, and 9×12”) because they’re very easy to frame.

  • As of right now, I do not have a front store nor a public space where I regularly exhibit and sell my art.

When I participate in an art show, I always make sure to announce it on my main page, so please check it occasionally to see if my work is displayed anywhere.

  • I do share art tips and create painting tutorial both on my Patreon page and YouTube.

Patreon is based on a monthly subscription of $3 or $10, and each tier comes with different benefits, while my YouTube page is loaded with free content.
